Due to the nature of the insurance market Wakam operates in, the company handles a vast number of legal contracts, each requiring high-stakes work and precision. The agent integrates directly with Wakam's SharePoint legal document repository, providing immediate access to the complete contract database. The legal team can access the agent through the Dust Chrome extension while working in SharePoint, with no need to switch between platforms.

This agent connects to Wakam's complete contract database and uses Dust's "extract data" tool (= specialized way of searching enabled by Dust that allows people to parse through large documentation and get around context windows which are a natural limitation of LLMs. Without using a tool like extract, the model wouldn’t be necessarily able to ensure it kept the legal meaning intact because context might be dropped.) to manage legal documents.
