Product Update 8 - Spaces - Snowflake

We're thrilled to introduce platform improvements that enhance team collaboration and make your work easier: refined data management with spaces, new transcript storage capabilities for Google Meet and Gong, and Snowflake integration for database queries. We've also added visualization downloads, agent favorites, and improved incident reporting.

Here's what's new in Dust.

๐Ÿ—„๏ธ Spaces

Admins can now organize company knowledge in open or restricted spaces. Agents that access data from a restricted space are only available to members of that space. This will help keep sensitive information safe and make sure only the right people can see and work with certain data or agents.

๐ŸŒ Snowflake Connection

Connect Dust to Snowflake to build agents capable of executing SQL queries. Transform results into insightful visualizations using our visualization tool, and download them to enhance your presentations with graphs and charts. Read our documentation.

๐ŸŒŸ Agent Favorites

Easily access your favorite agents with the new "Favorites" tab, simply add or remove agents for quicker access.

๐Ÿ“ท Download your Visualization

You can now download your visualization outputs directly as PNG files. Hovering over a visualization reveals a download button, simply click to save your graphs for presentations and reports.

๐Ÿ“ Google and Gong Transcripts Storage

Store meeting transcripts from Google Meet and Gong in dedicated folders within your space. Once set up, transcripts save automatically and feed into your agents, perfect for generating account summaries or documenting team meetings. Currently available for Google Meet and Gong, with more providers coming soon.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Dust Incidents Display in your Workspace

You will now be notified of Dust incidents directly within your workspace UI, helping you keep track of real-time incidents. For more comprehensive updates, you can always visit our status page.

๐Ÿง  Upgrade to Claude 3.5 Sonnet

All agents using Claude 3.5 Sonnet, including @dust and @helper, have been upgraded to the latest version of Anthropicโ€™s model as of October 22, 2024. The upgrade is more performant across all benchmarks, more adept at following instructions and utilizing tools.

๐Ÿงฉ Browser Extension

Thanks to a browser extension, you wonโ€™t have to come to Dust, Dust will come to you, with context on the page your are visiting.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Zendesk Integration

Dust will soon be available directly from the Zendesk marketplace. When your agents receive a ticket, they can access Dust's capabilities right from there. We are currently searching for testers so if you are interested, please contact us at support@dust.tt to join the test.
