Hi there,

We've been busy! This month brought some of our biggest updates yet: interactive Frames for data that comes alive, Deep Dive for research that goes the distance, Voice input for when typing just won't cut it. Plus we've expanded into Confluence and GitLab, and rolled out Claude's latest models.

Here's what's new in Dust.

🎨 Bring your data to life with Frames and share it

Frames let you build interactive documents that actually do stuff. Think clickable charts, live dashboards, and data visualizations that respond to your every click and filter.

Your agents can now create experiences that invite exploration. Want to dig deeper into those sales numbers? Click and filter away. Curious about customer trends? The data adapts as you explore. It's like having a conversation with your data instead of just staring at it.

Whether you're building executive dashboards or diving into customer insights, Frames transform your analysis from "here's what happened" into "let's discover what this means together.”

You can also share these in one click with teammates or prospects. Your team can dig into quarterly results without needing you there to explain every chart.

🔍 Go deep with @deep-dive

We recently built powerful new capabilities: advanced search that navigates your Company Data like a filesystem, direct querying of your data warehouses, smart handoffs between agents, dynamic tool access, AI-powered web browsing, and better handling of agent context and reasoning capabilities.

We just combined them into @deep-dive, an agent able to spawn specialized sub-agents that work in parallel to conduct thorough exploration of all your sources, digging for 10+ minutes if relevant.

Whether you need competitive intelligence, strategic analysis, or technical investigations, @deep-dive digs deep instead of skimming the surface, exploring multiple angles simultaneously to deliver comprehensive, well-researched answers. Use it directly with @deep-dive or enable the "Go Deep" tool in any agent to hand off complex tasks that need real depth

Example of a prompt using @deep-dive:

"Let's work on a report for the “Frames” feature. I'm interested in the history of the feature: how did we get the idea, when did we start working on it, how did it evolve, what were the design decisions, and when did we finally ship it? 🧮 The MCP Corner

Confluence MCP Integration – Agents can now read, search, and interact with your Confluence spaces. Access documentation, wiki pages, and team knowledge bases with your existing permissions.

GitLab Official MCP Integration – Now available in the default MCP servers list. Create issues, read repositories, update merge requests, and manage your GitLab projects directly from Dust agents.

Auto-attachment for Long Pasted Text – When you paste long text into a conversation, Dust automatically converts it into a file attachment for cleaner conversations and better processing.

Select Entire Datasources from Search – Quickly add all documents from a datasource to your conversation context with one click when using the search interface.

Claude new models now available – Claude 4.5 Sonnet and Haiku are now available in the agent builder and as global agents.
